- Categories of Collected Personal Data
While using the Service, you may be asked to provide certain personal data, especially through the registration form, order form, or contact form. The data collected by the Controller includes: first name, last name, company name, tax identification number (NIP), address, telephone number, email address, billing address, delivery address, and the name of the person responsible for receiving the goods. Providing the above data is voluntary but necessary for the handling and execution of the placed order and for receiving feedback for inquiries from the contact form. Your personal data may also be processed during a phone call, email correspondence, or traditional methods.
- Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
Personal data obtained by the Controller while using the Service is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing services, including the execution of sales agreements and ensuring the quality of services for the duration of the agreement, before the agreement is concluded, and for proper settlements after its completion (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- Fulfilling legal obligations of the Controller, including those arising from accounting and tax regulations, or arising from the storage of data on sold products or services for future proceedings by competent authorities, ensuring the security of services in accordance with relevant regulations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
